“Congratulations” to our Trustee Anna Dack, who successfully completed the Rotterdam Marathon, raising over £1,000 for TTG.

“Running my first marathon on behalf of the TTG was an experience I won’t ever forget. Despite my initial nerves heading into the race, a grey and gusty morning in Rotterdam was made so much brighter by streets lined by rowdy supporters, making each mile a unique experience in itself. From DJs, to confetti cannons and much more –  the Dutch truly know how to show up for an event ! Thankfully, the flat landscape and careful pacing strategy played to my advantage, and I managed to finish in 3:57:36 achieving my goal of a sub-4 hour debut. A huge thank you for the generous donations from everyone who sponsored me and supported the cause – it spurred me on every step of the way” !
