“The Theatrical Guild are proud to partner with the Pleasance Theatre Trust and PlayWell to deliver a unique Welfare Programme at the Edinburgh Fringe 2026, to support over 300 Pleasance staff and volunteers in Backstage and Front of House roles, during the exciting but often demanding Festival period. This programme provides vital access to free in-person counselling clinics, online sessions facilitated by Industry Minds, quiet rooms, social spaces, manager training and bespoke resources. As the first Fringe venue with an embedded welfare framework, the programme ensures the Pleasance workforce can work well – play well – and stay well. TTG wishes you all a very creative, happy and healthy Festival”
